She is passionate about growth and shaping the future of a business and leads by example when it comes to absolute commitment to new business, leaning into every opportunity whilst nurturing the next generation talent within her team.

Fran has been a judge for BIMA, and the BD100 and has won accolades including being named a WACL Future Leader, Major Players ‘Major Business Developer’, The BD100’s ‘Business Developer of the Year’ in their inaugural awards and is now in the BD100 ‘Hall of Fame’ having been listed in the Top 100 for the last five years running.
