Isabella started her career interning in New Business and Marketing at jfdi, and then landed a role in the New Business department at Karmarama in 2018. Since then, she has risen through the ranks, being part of key wins such as Lidl, Nando’s and Arla. She has also been part of the agency’s biggest marketing campaigns, including the ‘U OK UK?’ weekly reports that explored how the hearts and minds of the nation felt during the Covid pandemic. As of July 2022, Karmarama merged into the newly re-branded Accenture Song where Isabella now sits in the UK team. 

For the last two consecutive years Isabella was named in the BD100 list, recognising the UK's top 100 Business Developers, and was awarded the Rising Star award in 2021.  

Understanding the importance of influencing women both in and out of the industry, Isabella has also been involved in initiatives such as Bloom Boost where she started as a mentee in 2020. She was also a volunteer delegate for UN Women UK at the United Nations CSW65 Women’s Conference and at UN COP26 Glasgow, examining the role gender plays in sustainability.
